At Ninety4Feet, every session has a purpose. We don’t just run drills—we teach players how to think the game, train the body, and apply everything at game speed. Our training combines film study, strength development, and on-court skill work to build complete basketball players.
Film days and weight-training days alternate throughout the week to ensure players are developing basketball IQ, confidence, and strength—all essential at the next level.
